Return and Refund Policy

1. Territorial Scope:
   This return policy is applicable only within the territory of Qatar.
   
2. Return Eligibility:
   Products may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
   • Received in a physically damaged condition.
   • Missing parts or accessories.
   • Found to be defective or different from the product description at the time of purchase.
3. Seller Responsibility:
   The buyer acknowledges that the responsibility for defective products lies with the seller. Al Joory Trade & Electronics will not be held liable for claims related to such defective products.
   
4. Conditions for Return:
   Returns will only be processed if the following conditions are met:
   • The product was not damaged while in your possession.
   • The returned product matches the one shipped to you.
   • The product is returned in its original condition, including:
     • The manufacturer’s box and MRP tag are intact.
     • User manual, warranty card, and all included accessories.
5. Non-Returnable Products:
   • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page.
   • Returns based on buyer’s remorse (e.g., incorrect model or colour ordered).
6. Pre-Delivery Inspection:
   Before accepting delivery, please ensure the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered with.
   • If damaged: Refuse delivery and notify us immediately to ensure a refund.
   • If accepted: You acknowledge acceptance at your own risk.
7. Pre-Booking Refunds:
   For pre-booked products with advance payments, refund requests must be raised at least 24 hours before delivery.
   
8. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
   Customers may request a refund within 7 days of delivery if:
   • The product is sealed, unused, and in a resellable condition.
   • Refunds will exclude delivery charges and card transaction fees (if applicable).
9. Verification Process for Returns:
   Returns are subject to verification to confirm the legitimacy of the claim. During the pick-up process, the product will be checked for the following:
   • Return rejection may occur if the conditions listed above are not met.
   • Products sent directly to the seller without prior approval will be rejected, and you waive any claims against Al Joory Trading & Electronics.
   • Refunds or replacements will only be initiated after successful verification.
10. Replacement Policy:
    • Replacement is subject to product availability (size, colour, etc.).
    • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
    • If the replacement product is of lower value, a partial refund will be provided.
11. Additional Guidelines:
    • Products sold as combos or sets cannot be returned or replaced individually.
    • Refunds are issued in Qatari Riyals only.
    • Delivery and pick-up charges may apply.
    • Frivolous or baseless complaints will not qualify for refunds or replacements.
    • Additional return terms may apply depending on the product category, as specified on the product page or by the seller at the time of purchase.
